BACKGROUND OBJECTIVE

The Society
was established at Pune in the memory at the great Shivaji
Maharaja. for all round development of educationally backward
class.
To create better primary teachers who have the knowledge of
child psychology who will develop the interest among children
about science and Maths, who will help the children to inculcate
various arts like music drawing craft etc. Who will dream
and work hard to make India one of the Strongest Countries
in 21st Century. |

The
lab is equipped with 25 computers. Where 50 students can learn
at a time .The student- teachers are trained under the guidance.
of experts in computer. The certificate course named MS-CIT
is run by the college. |

LIBRARY

The
college has a full-fledged library with reference books, textbook,
maps, magazines, weekly magazines, newspapers. The total number
of reference books available in college is 12,500.Aset of
textbooks of D.Ed. is provided to the each student of college
for the whole year. The library is available for reference
books and supplementary reading.

Sthe no. of
books in library is increasing. There are about 2000 Reference
books in Marathi as well as in English. At present there are
about 14000 books in the library. There are nearly 32 Magazines
and 6 Newspapers available in the library. Every student is
given 07 books free of charge to keep with him for the whole
year, under the scheme of Jedhe Bandhu Library Scheme. Plus
he has given two books to use as per his requirements. The
lab also has printers internet connection &CD writer &
other necessary facilities. The college has MSCIT course . |

useful for the science experiments which are demonstrated
in the classes of I st to V th are available in laboratory.
Apart from these charts, models are available and essential
apparatus is purchased from time to time. |
